Returns and Exchanges Policy

Most of our items are made to order, but we accept returns of most non-customized items within 30 days. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to be accepted. If an item has a misprint or arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible so we can replace the damaged item.

For returns, please notify us before shipping them back; you will be responsible for shipping to our address in Washington State. After contacting us, we will walk you through the steps to ship the item back to us and the refund will be issued once they have arrived.   1. How do I initiate a return?
    Please contact us by sending an email to: getsocial@ottpets.com and include the word “return” in the subject line as well as your order number. We will follow up with further instructions.
  2. What items cannot be returned?
    Custom items that are made to order (with names and custom messages) cannot be returned for a refund. From time to time, we may offer a site closeout sale, and closeout items cannot be returned. Pricing on closeout items is final; additional discounts cannot be applied retroactively after the purchase has been completed.
  3. When will I receive my refund?
    Once the return has arrived at our facility, we will issue the return (via the original form of payment) within three days.
